Here is a nice blitz out of 3-4 Odd that comes through fairly well for you if you are using 3-4 as your base defense. 3-4 is a powerful defense in the New England Patriots playbook, and probably one of the more popular defensive formations overall in the Pats playbook.
I only base align against Bunch formations, for spread formations I do use base align, because it will offset the corners from playing over the top of the WRs, and causes additional adjustments to need to be made. You can base align if you like, I feel the blitz comes through the same either way. If you do base align against a Spread Offense, just make sure you adjust the CBs with either Deep Halves, or Deep Quarters, as an example.
With the 6-man blitz, you are going to have weaknesses on the field, as a user you have to pick and choose who you want to defend. I like to focus on either the TE or a Slot WR.
Setup 1- Spread Formations (Blitzing 6):
1. Show Blitz
2. Spread Defensive Line
3. Crash Defensive Line to the left
4. Pinch Linebackers
5. Blitz both ROLB and LOLB
6. Put MLB (Right side of screen) into a zone
7. Hover MLB (Right Side) over Center/Right Guard (Hold Right Trigger)

1. Base Align2. Show Blitz
3. Spread Offensive Line
4. Pinch Linebackers
5. Blitz ROLB
6. Put MLB (Left Side) into zone
7. Hover MLB (Right Side) over Center/Right Guard (Hold Right Trigger)

1. Base Align
2. Show Blitz
3. Spread Defensive Line
4. Crash Defensive Line to the Left
5. Pinch Linebackers
6. Blitz ROLB
7. Put MLB (Left Side) into zone8. Hover MLB (Right Side) over Center/Right Guard (Hold Right Trigger)
9. Optional - You can Bluff Bluff the LOLB, sometimes it get more pressure on the left side blitz
Setup 4 - Disguise the Blitz
1. Base Align (against Bunch formations)
2. Show Blitz
3. Spread Defensive Line
4. Pinch Linebackers
5. Zone all Linebackers
6. Put MLB into Deep Blue
7. Put Safety into Yellow Zone
